The gently reduced apple juice gives the vinegar notes of baked apples, rendered butter and light caramel. Suitable for green, savory and sweet cuisine. This beautiful vinegar is created by the master vinegar maker from Oliviers & Co from 100% natural ingredients - without added sugar, dyes and preservatives.

Composition
Cooked and concentrated apple juice 70%, white wine vinegar (contains sulfites ) 27%, cooked and concentrated grape must (contains sulfites ).

The apples used to make this 100% natural spice are carefully selected; their high sugar content gives it the unique taste of apples caramelized in the oven. The production process takes place in two stages: the various ingredients are simply mixed and the resulting mixture is slowly decanted. This preserves all the organoleptic properties of the fresh fruit.
