A new balsamic vinegar producer is joining the Oliviers&Co range: FAMILIA MARCHI .

Reflecting more than a century of family tradition, this new balsamic vinegar is characterized by a woody structure, a strong flavor of roasted red fruit, and incredible longevity on the palate.

Made from more than 55% boiled grape must, this balsamic vinegar is produced by long maturation in oak barrels according to the traditional method.

We called it “Gusto Intenso” for its exceptional bouquet and intense, shiny black color!

From grape to bottle, the Marchi family is transparent about their production process – the grapes used to make this vinegar come from their own vineyards (Lambrusco, Ancellotta and Trebbiano), located just a few meters from their workshops.

In its black bottle with printed golden vines, this wonderful balsamic vinegar from Modena is not only distinguished by its unique taste and packaging, but also by its very dense texture that will delight the taste buds of even the most demanding experts in the preparation of refined recipes.

To produce high-quality Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, boiled grape must and wine vinegar are fermented naturally in oak barrels in barns. Each year, the Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is poured into smaller and smaller barrels. Each of them has a specific purpose: alcoholic fermentation, subsequent acetic fermentation, maturation and aging. This slow production process allows the grapes to reveal their strength and aroma, creating a wonderful elixir!
