Oliviers&Co's unique expertise
From the thousand-year-old olive tree, which has been the symbol of our company since its foundation, we obtain the best olive oils every year. Our vintage oils, sourced from the best orchards in the Mediterranean and bottled in Haute-Provence, offer a new face of this mythical fruit with each harvest. Behind each bottle lies the passion of the men and women who work in the olive groves.
The establishment of Oliviers&Co
The Oliviers&Co adventure began in 1996 in the heart of Provence, in the charming village of Mane. At the heart of this project is a group of exceptional people united by a common passion for olive oil production.
That's when we set off on a journey to visit the most famous olive oil producers in the Mediterranean basin: olive growing is a unique skill that is passed down from generation to generation in Provence. And we presented them with our project: to give olive oil a prominent place in contemporary gastronomy.
Olive oil is to the olive tree what wine is to the vine. The fruit of the olive tree hides a treasure trove of flavors and aromas that our brand wants to bring to the whole world. Beautiful encounters, the taste of the land, great wines: that's what Oliviers&Co is all about.

- Quality requirement thanks to a drastic selection process to meet very precise organoleptic and technical specifications
- Loyalty and support of producers : Consistency (we have been working with some of them since the very beginning of Oliviers & Co) and support that helps them achieve the high standards needed to be included in our selection, but no complacency
