A delicious Easter lunch is a lovely tradition full of spring energy 🌸 🐣
Here you'll find some of our favorite recipes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine.
We hope these recipes inspire you in the kitchen and bring joy to your Easter table for young and old alike. Choose your favorites or prepare them all to create a festive feast that will satisfy many hungry appetites. We wish you pleasant moments and a Happy Easter!
1. Focaccia and fresh olive oil
Freshly baked focaccia with quality fresh olive oil evokes memories of sunshine and Italy and is always a big hit at the lunch table. The recipe preparation starts the day before, but it doesn't take much time.

2. Mediterranean appetizers
We ourselves love to serve the simplest appetizer or aperitif in the world: delicious Mediterranean delicacies, exactly as known from classic Mediterranean cuisine.
Serve one or two types of olives, such as Sicilian green Nocellare del Belice and Greek Kalamata. Accompany them with crispy Italian handmade crackers, for example our favorite Taralli with rosemary. And finally, one or two types of our delicacies, created according to the best traditional recipes from small producers. Try, for example, our Italian semi-dried cherry tomatoes and zucchini cream with goat cheese from Provence.

3. Cod or hake fish rillette with passion fruit
With this recipe, you can easily prepare your own white fish rillette, for example from cod or hake. It tastes great and doesn't take many minutes to prepare. The rillette can be prepared in advance and stored in the fridge until serving.

4. Mimosa eggs with avocado and lime
Mimosa eggs, or "oeufs mimosa," are the French version of "deviled eggs." Whatever they're called, the principle is the same: hard-boiled eggs cut in half and filled with a delicious mixture made from whipped yolks.
In our version, the yolks are mixed with avocado, lime, and quality floral olive oil. The result is the most beautiful canapés with a delicious creamy filling. Easy to prepare and serve, and perfect for the Easter breakfast table.

5. Shrimp ceviche with mango
Try this very simple shrimp recipe that will take your taste buds on a little journey. The combination of mango, ginger vinegar, and olive oil with added lime juice goes perfectly with fresh shrimp.

7. Brownie with vanilla ice cream, olive oil, and sea salt
What a fantastic recipe! We adore the combination of intense and fudgy brownies, delicious creamy vanilla ice cream, aromatic and floral olive oil with delicate sweet notes, and crunchy sea salt crystals.
You can easily prepare the brownie in advance and store it in the fridge.

8- Chocolate "Olivettes"
And finally, another favorite sweet treat!
Our indispensable chocolate "olivettes". These chocolate candies in the shape of black or green olives will make a big impression at the end of the meal. They are not olives, but almonds coated in chocolate - the optical illusion effect is guaranteed!!
Bon appétit and Happy Easter!
