DESCRIPTION
Olive grove at the foot of the Sardinian mountains
Su Molinu Oleificio extra virgin olive oil is carefully produced in the foothills of the mountains of central Sardinia. The Mediterranean climate and the green scrub give the olives a unique and inimitable aroma. This oil is made from a combination of typical Sardinian olive varieties, Pibireddu and Tonda di Cagliari, and olives originating from Puglia: Coratina. The combination of these two Italian regions creates an original organic olive oil with a captivating and surprising flavor, revealing the aroma of still green banana peel. It has a long-lasting taste, with a spicy finish that underlines its authentic character. A unique taste experience that captures the essence of Sardinia.
