Since 2021, the dynamic team of Fattoria Triboli, led by Luigi, has been dedicated to producing 100% Tuscan, organic and sustainable extra virgin olive oil. The team, made up of young professionals with a passion for olive growing and healthy eating, strives to protect nature and promote organic farming. By practicing organic and regenerative farming, Fattoria Triboli supports soil fertility and strengthens its resilience to climate change. The olive trees are grown without chemical treatments and the ecosystem is enriched by the presence of hens, which limit parasites and provide natural fertilizer. The olives are harvested by hand and pressed in their ultra-modern mill in a few hours, guaranteeing an exceptional oil. The aim of each production phase, from filtration to storage, is to preserve the freshness, aromatic richness and natural properties of the oil.

The team is committed to responsible resource management, monitoring and reducing its emissions while incorporating permaculture practices, composting, beekeeping and renewable energy production to have a positive impact on the environment of the future.
