Description

Hacienda Vadolivo won a gold medal at this year's most prestigious olive oil competition, NYIOOC🥇🏆✨

Hacienda Vadolivo olive oil is a beautifully green oil with a herbaceous taste, rich in polyphenols. This Spanish extra virgin olive oil is made from Picual olives, harvested very early, while still completely green, at the beginning of the season.

This olive oil is intense and perfectly balanced, with aromatic notes of tomato leaves, freshly cut grass, and fig leaves, complemented by a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of arugula.

Hacienda Vadolivo extra virgin olive oil is also rich in polyphenols (596 mg/kg at bottling), combining health benefits with exceptional taste. To learn more about the health benefits of polyphenol-rich olive oils, click here.

Further information

Antonio Lorite won a gold medal with his Oliviers & Co. olive oil at the New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC). More information about the competition can be found here.

In 2002, Antonio Lorite decided to start producing his own olive oil in the Sierra de Cazorla mountains in Andalusia (Spain). This region, with its fertile soil and mild climate, is particularly favorable for olive cultivation.

Antonio Lorite and his family uphold olive growing traditions while utilizing the most modern technologies. They carefully select only the best olives and harvest them at optimal ripeness to ensure exceptional organoleptic properties. Their approach combines traditional know-how with innovation with a single goal: to produce olive oils of the highest quality.

All our extra virgin olive oils come from our plantations and are 100% traceable. Producers must adhere to our strict quality requirements, and only the best extra virgin olive oils are selected each year.
