Description
This lemon vinegar comes from Portugal, where Eureka lemons are hand-picked at full ripeness. They are pressed immediately after harvest to preserve their freshness and aroma. They are then blended with a fine white wine vinegar to create a refreshing and aromatic product.
The composition is 100% natural - without dyes, artificial flavors or preservatives. It contains 70% wine vinegar (sulfites), 15% fresh lemon and 15% sugar.
This vinegar is a great addition not only to classic cuisine, but also to modern combinations of sweet and savory.
