Near the city of Baeza in the province of Jaén, the Yera family has been growing olives for generations. Rocio and Pedro continue the tradition of their ancestors in the Jaén region, which is famous for its olive growing.

At the Sabor d'Oro farm, deep knowledge is combined with modern innovative and ecological techniques, state-of-the-art equipment and strict traceability of the fruit.

They specialize in the early Picual variety and the secret lies in pressing the carefully selected hand-harvested olives just three hours after harvest to preserve their freshness and aroma.

All our extra virgin olive oils are olive oils from our own plantations with 100% traceability. Producers must meet our strict quality requirements and only the best extra virgin olive oils make it into our annual selection.
