Classic is our household olive oil – a carefully selected, beautiful and full-bodied extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality with a high polyphenol content, which fits perfectly with all everyday dishes without being too overpowering.

We recommend using a good extra virgin olive oil, such as La Classique for everyday cooking – including frying and baking – because good olive oil is healthy and tasty.

Following a tradition passed down for four generations, the harvest begins early in the season to extract the best from the fruits, when the olives are light purple and at their peak aromatic maturity.

The mill, located in the middle of the olive grove, allows for immediate crushing and pressing of the olives. To obtain an exceptional oil, Soledad Serrano Lopez adheres to the cold pressing method throughout the entire production process.
