About the recipe

An ideal recipe to accompany your festive meals, and in particular this brilliant starter enhanced with Italian olive oil.

Ingredients

At Oliviers&Co

  • Italian olive oil

At the market

  • 1 jar of fig chutney
  • 85g parmesan
  • 55g of Comté, cut into strips

Execution

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, sprinkle a tablespoon of parmesan. Spread a little with a spoon to cover a circle of about 6cm. Do the same with the rest of the parmesan.

Bake for 5 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Remove them from the oven, carefully peel them off and immediately place them on a rolling pin so that they get the desired curved shape. Let them cool.

Spread a teaspoon of fig chutney on the tuiles, add a few slices of comté cheese on each of them. Add a few drops of olive oil and serve.
