DESCRIPTION
Tubettini are small, short, cylindrical pasta, known for their shape resembling miniature tubes. They originate from Southern Italy and are traditionally used in home cooking.
Their compact shape is ideal for creamy dishes or pasta salads, where they capture sauces, vegetables, and legumes in every bite, as well as for soups, minestrone, and broth-based recipes.
We are delighted to introduce our new exclusive pasta range from the Raguso family, selected for its authenticity, dedication, and exceptional taste.
Durum wheat pasta grown on family lands between Apulia and Basilicata. The wheat is cultivated using environmentally friendly methods (pesticide-free) and in line with circular economy principles.
This pasta comes from a family-run Italian business established over ten years ago by the Raguso family, farmers for three generations, who decided to transform the wheat grown on their lands between Apulia and Basilicata into exceptional pasta, thanks to a short and responsible supply chain.
Every package in this range reflects our commitment to tasty, sustainable, and honest products: The wheat is grown using environmentally friendly methods that guarantee zero
pesticide residues in the final product.
Agricultural waste is recycled in line with circular economy principles, either as animal feed or for energy production, while the recyclable cellulose packaging features a window through which the pasta inside can be seen.
Taste and texture are the hallmarks of this range. Our pasta is made from durum wheat semolina, extruded through bronze dies, and slow-dried in static dryers.
This carefully controlled process from field to plate gives them a rich and authentic flavor and a slightly rough texture that perfectly holds sauce... or stands out on its own thanks to its intense flavor.
