Calamarata is a short gourmet pasta in the shape of wide rings, inspired by squid rings. It originates from the Naples area and is a symbol of Southern Italy's beloved cuisine.

We are delighted to introduce our new exclusive range of pasta, selected for its authenticity, dedication to tradition, and exceptional taste.

Pasta made from durum wheat grown on family lands between Apulia and Basilicata. The wheat is cultivated using environmentally friendly methods (pesticide-residue free) and in accordance with the principles of the circular economy.

This pasta comes from a family-run Italian business, founded more than ten years ago by the Raguso family, third-generation farmers who decided to transform the wheat grown on their lands between Apulia and Basilicata into exceptional pasta, thanks to a short and responsible supply chain approach.

Each package in this series reflects our commitment to tasty, sustainable, and fair products: The wheat is grown using environmentally friendly methods to ensure zero
levels of pesticide residues in the final product.

Agricultural residues are recycled in accordance with the principles of the circular economy, either as animal feed or for energy production, while the recyclable cellulose packaging has a window revealing the pasta inside.

Taste and texture are the hallmarks of this range. Our pasta is made from durum wheat semolina, bronze-drawn, and slowly dried in static dryers.

This carefully controlled process, from field to plate, results in a rich and authentic flavor and a slightly rough texture that perfectly holds sauce or olive oil.
