Champagne vinegar is made in Portugal from high-quality white wine vinegar, enriched with 10% real champagne wine. This delicate and aromatic vinegar enchants with notes of green apple, pear and Chardonnay flowers.
It has a bright, elegant flavor and is an ideal addition to festive recipes as well as everyday gourmet cooking.
