This authentic green tapenade is prepared according to the original recipe from Provence: it is a refined mixture of green olives (79%), capers, garlic, anchovies and thyme.
Its balanced taste, neither too salty nor too bitter, makes it a milder alternative to the classic black tapenade. The addition of natural aromatic herbs such as rosemary and thyme makes every bite an experience full of Mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients: Green olives 79%, extra virgin olive oil, capers, garlic, mustard (mustard seeds, water, vinegar, salt, sugar, preservative: sulphites), anchovy cream (salted anchovies 82%, olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, spices), white seasoning mix (organic wine vinegar, concentrated organic grape must), salt, grey pepper, thyme, rosemary.
Storage: Product without preservatives. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume quickly.
Production and know-how
This tapenade is made in Provence, in the Vaucluse department, using traditional artisanal methods. Without colourings or preservatives, it preserves the authentic flavour of Provençal olive paste , which was once prepared in every household in the south of France.
