More information:
For over a hundred years, the Nasles family has lived in rhythm with the vineyards and olive groves. Olivier Nasles, heir to this Mediterranean tradition and a renowned oenologist, is dedicated to agricultural methods that respect the soil and biodiversity.
Domaine d'Aspères in Occitania produces extra virgin olive oil from Nîmes AOP (Protected Designation of Origin), made from olive groves cultivated organically using traditional methods that respect the terroir.
The olives are harvested in mid-November and then mechanically and gently pressed at a low temperature (below 27°C) without any chemical treatment. The result is an intense and aromatic olive oil, ideal for flavoring salads, main courses, and desserts.
All our O&CO extra virgin olive oils are from our own olive groves with 100% traceability. Producers must meet our strict quality requirements, and the olive oils are pressed within 24 hours of harvest. Only the best extra virgin olive oils make it into our annual selection!
