This beautiful extra virgin olive oil is made mainly from the Grignano variety, which is rare and has an exceptionally rich flavour. Its delicate notes evoke green tea and grass on the palate, mixed with a hint of verbena and fruit on the finish, giving it a character that is both flamboyant and refined.
The Grignano olive variety, native to the Veneto region and acclimatized in Tuscany, is characterized by a very low yield but an exceptional concentration of aroma. Its finesse and pronounced aroma make it a particularly prized oil among chefs, used as an olfactory and flavoring complement, where every drop counts.

Olea Prilis, originating from the Maremma region of southwestern Tuscany, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The Ladi family's olive trees have their roots in the ancient Lake Prilis, a brackish lake that gradually dried up over the centuries. Today, these clayey and mineral-rich soils offer a terroir of rare complexity.
Here, Fabrizio Ladi seeks the very essence of the olive tree: aromas that awaken the senses, nutrients that nourish the body and flavors that fully express the character of the land. The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand at the optimal stage of ripeness. The olives are harvested and pressed within a few hours to preserve their freshness and aromatic potential. Filtration, temperature-controlled nitrogen storage and impeccable hygiene guarantee an oil of high purity, remarkable balance and naturally high polyphenol content.
Olea Prilis is certified organic and goes beyond traditional standards, as it is produced using sustainable agricultural methods. Temperature fluctuations, sea breezes and mineral-rich soil give the olive oil an intense and lasting aromatic depth.
