Description
Here you will find the most delicious pitted Taggiasca olives. Their pitless nature makes them ideal for both cooking and direct consumption.
Our Taggiasca olives come from Liguria, where beautiful olive trees often grow on stone terraces in the hilly landscape. They are preserved in extra virgin olive oil and are characterized by exceptional quality.
You can also taste these delicious olives at Silberbauers bistro, where they are used, among other things, to prepare the famous pissaladière.
Pitted olives go well with green salads, niçoise salad, tomatoes and mozzarella, fish and seafood, pasta dishes (such as puttanesca pasta), pasta salads, on pizza and focaccia, or as an appetizer and snack.
