Concentrated sunshine on your plate
This Vallée des Baux de Provence PDO olive oil, typical of the sunny Alpilles region, is a true invitation to indulgence. Made from olives harvested at ideal ripeness on white stone soil, it impresses with its smoothness and fruity flavour, without the slightest bitterness.
Creamy and delicate, it reveals a wonderful aroma of melting pear, baked apple and an unexpected vanilla note, reminiscent of a delicious golden crumble. Its round and sweet taste makes it an exceptional oil, ideal for lovers of delicate and fragrant oils.
Did you know... The legal acidity of extra virgin olive oil must be less than 0.8%. This Grand Cru Oliviers&Co significantly exceeds this standard with an exceptionally low acidity of 0.14%. Our quality and traceability requirements guarantee a fresher, more aromatic olive oil with preserved nutritional values. The polyphenol content at bottling is 168 mg/kg.

L'Esperelle, a story of family and passion
The estate's olive groves, nestled between the villages of Paradou and Eygalières, hide a rich variety of varieties typical of Provence: Salonenque, Aglandau, Grossane, Verdale, Picholine... So many local olives that offer delicate and complementary aromas.
Former miller at Domaine de la Vallongue, François-Xavier Arnihac , decided to go his own way in 2019 and founded L'Esperelle . A name full of history and emotion: his grandfather used to say "I'm going to esperelle" when he went to hunt thrushes in the hills of Saint-Guiraud (Hérault). This word, originating from the Occitan dialect, was given to the family home of his childhood in the Aix region. Today, it is the symbol of his olive oil.
With patience, passion and a deep respect for the terroir, François-Xavier creates oils with perfect balance. The olives are hand-harvested during the day and pressed after dark to preserve all their aromas. Every drop reflects a strong commitment to quality, the environment and authenticity.
