DESCRIPTION
Treasure of Puglia
This orchard with olive trees over 200 years old is a true gift of nature and the greatest pride of the Leone family. This 100% coratina olive oil is typical of the Apulia region and stands out for its strong aromas of green olives, long aftertaste and bitterness.
Coratina olives are pressed on the day of harvest, providing a fresh and balanced oil for lovers of vegetable oils. This olive oil has an aroma of green almonds and ripe tomatoes with a peppery aftertaste and is ideal for flavouring all simple dishes, whether raw or slow-cooked.
Did you know... The legal acidity of extra virgin olive oil must be less than 0.8%. This Grand Cru Oliviers&Co significantly exceeds this standard with an exceptionally low acidity of 0.21%. Our quality and traceability requirements guarantee a fresher and more aromatic olive oil with preserved nutritional values. The polyphenol content at bottling is 612 mg/kg.
