Description

Linguine are long, thin, and flat pasta originating from Liguria in northern Italy. This variant is flavored with lemon, which gives it a delicious freshness in every bite. It pairs wonderfully with flavorful pasta sauces based on olive oil, fish, and sautéed vegetables.

We are delighted to present our new range of exclusive pasta, selected for its authenticity, quality, and exceptional taste.

Pasta made from durum wheat grown on family estates between Apulia and Basilicata. The wheat is cultivated using organic methods (pesticide-free) and in accordance with the principles of the circular economy.

This pasta comes from an Italian family business founded over ten years ago by the Raguso family, farmers for three generations, who decided to transform the wheat grown on their land between Apulia and Basilicata into exceptional pasta using a short and responsible supply chain.

Each package in this range reflects our commitment to delicious, sustainable, and authentic products: the wheat is grown using organic methods to guarantee the complete absence of
pesticide residues in the final product.

Agricultural residues are recycled in accordance with the principles of the circular economy, either as animal feed or for energy production, while the
recyclable cellulose packaging has a window that allows a glimpse of the pasta inside.

Taste and texture are the keywords of this range. Our pasta is made from durum wheat semolina, pressed into bronze dies and slowly dried in static dryers.
Thanks to this meticulous process, from field to plate, it acquires a rich and authentic flavor and a slightly granular texture that perfectly holds the sauce... or, thanks to its intense flavor, can stand on its own.
