Gluten-free penne pasta from Puglia, made from corn and rice flour.
Taste, texture, and authenticity are the key words of our pasta range. Our pasta, pressed into bronze dies and then slowly dried in static dryers, has a slightly grainy texture that perfectly holds sauce or olive oil.
Our pasta comes from an Italian family business founded over ten years ago by the Raguso family, farmers for three generations, owning agricultural land between Puglia and Basilicata, dedicated to producing exceptional pasta.
