Description

This condiment, made in Portugal from traditional balsamic vinegar, is enriched with wild Madagascar pepper (2%), which is renowned for its woody, warm and slightly floral aroma.

Aged and matured for a deep flavor, this traditional vinegar also contains a little sugar to balance the strength of the pepper. It contains no artificial flavorings, preserving the authenticity of each ingredient.

A real treasure for lovers of full flavors and creative cuisine.

Ingredients: Balsamic vinegar (80%) [wine vinegar (sulphites), cooked grape must (sulphites), colour: caramel, preservative: E228 (sulphites)], sugar, Madagascar wild pepper (2%).
May contain traces of sulfites naturally present in wine.

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Reseal after use.
