Description

Our chickpea and roasted sesame spread is a modern take on traditional hummus. The chickpeas, carefully selected in the Lot-et-Garonne department, are cooked in a homemade vegetable broth to make them as tender as possible. The sesame, roasted to perfection, adds depth of flavor with notes of roasted walnut. The whole dish is delicately seasoned with freshly squeezed lemon juice, a pinch of garlic, Espelette pepper and za'atar, which gives it a delicate oriental aroma.
