Olive paste with green olives and almonds is a modern and refined variant of tapenade, in which 63.3% green olives are combined with white almonds (11.7%) , enriched with a drop of extra virgin olive oil and tasty spices : capers, balsamic vinegar, anchovies and lemon juice.
