Located in the province of Palermo with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea, the Disisa farm dates back to the 15th century, to the Norman era. Here, the Lorenzo family has been producing olive oil, perfecting techniques and craftsmanship for almost 200 years. Once again this year, the production is certified organic.
This organic oil offers refined notes of freshly cut grass and green apple that elegantly express the unique Sicilian terroir. It is ideal for enhancing all tomato-based dishes, while adding character and depth to a simple meal of al dente pasta or grilled fish. A harmonious oil that will delight connoisseurs who appreciate aromatic yet balanced Italian oils.
