Description
A concentrated sun on your plate
Typical of the sunny Alpilles region, this floral olive oil is a true invitation to gourmet pleasure. Made from olives harvested at optimal ripeness on white-stoned soils, it captivates with its delicacy and fruity character, without the slightest bitterness.
Creamy and soft, it reveals beautiful aromas of melting pear, baked apple, and an unexpected hint of vanilla, reminiscent of the deliciousness of a golden crumble. Its round and sweet aromatic profile makes it an exceptional oil, ideal for lovers of delicate and fragrant oils.
The secret? A subtle blend of local varieties harvested at mid-ripeness – half green, half purple – ensuring a creamy texture and unique aromatic complexity. A true Provencal treasure to discover!
Did you know that the legal acidity value for extra virgin olive oil must be less than 0.8%? This Grand Cru from Oliviers&Co significantly exceeds this standard with an exceptionally low value of 0.25%. Our quality and traceability requirements guarantee a fresher and more aromatic olive oil that retains its nutritional values. The polyphenol content at bottling is 266 mg/kg.

More Information
L’Esperelle – a story of family and passion.
Nestled between the communes of Paradou and Eygalières, the olive groves of this estate conceal a wealth of typically Provencal varieties: Salonenque, Aglandau, Grossane, Verdale, Picholine… So many local olives that offer delicate and complementary aromas.
In 2019, François-Xavier Arnihac, a former mill master at Domaine de la Vallongue, decided to forge his own path and founded L’Esperelle. A name full of history and emotion: his grandfather used to announce "I'm going to l’esperelle" when he went hunting thrushes in the hills of Saint-Guiraud (Hérault). This word, originating from the Occitan dialect, gave its name to the family home where he spent his childhood near Aix-en-Provence.
Today, he has made it the symbol of his olive oil. With patience, passion, and a deep respect for the place of origin, François-Xavier creates oils with perfect balance. The olives are harvested by hand during the day and pressed just after dusk to preserve all their aromas. Every drop reflects a strong commitment to quality, the environment, and authenticity.
