Discover smoked olive oil, a 100% natural product without added artificial flavourings. It is produced in Provence from organic olive oil with the AOP Haute-Provence designation and is processed using traditional methods.
The olive oil is placed in a smokehouse and cold-processed at a temperature below 20 °C, with beech bark and olive pits. This unique process gives it nutty and woody notes. Just a few drops are enough to flavour meat, poultry, fish, vegetables, pizza and to prepare mayonnaise.
Gourmet combinations
Just a few drops of smoked olive oil are enough to enhance the flavour of white meat, fish or roasted vegetables. It will add a unique touch to carpaccio, risotto or soft-boiled eggs. And for a moment of pure indulgence, try it on pizza, pasta or on toast with ricotta.
