⭐ Perfectly balanced and without bitterness
⭐ Perfect combination: white spice
Description
Delicious and fruity olive oil
This exceptional Andalusian olive oil comes from centuries-old olive trees in the Jaén region of Spain. The Picual variety, the queen of Spanish olives, is harvested a little later than usual, which brings out its “golden taste”.
It offers a complex aromatic palette that is both floral and rich in dried fruit, from almonds and hazelnuts to ripe summer fruits. Delicious and perfectly balanced, it brings a delicate freshness with a slightly herbal and peppery finish.
Did you know that... The acidity of extra virgin olive oil by law must be less than 0.8%. This Grand Cru Oliviers&Co significantly exceeds this standard with an exceptionally low acidity of 0.10%. Our quality and traceability requirements guarantee a fresher and more aromatic olive oil with preserved nutritional values. The polyphenol content at bottling is 440 mg/kg.

The Yera family grows century-old olive trees on the family estate near the town of Baeza in the Jaén region, near the Guadalquivir River. The still very green olives are carefully selected and hand-picked so that they can be pressed within 6 hours of harvest. This pure “extra fresh” fruit juice has an intense aroma of green apples and cut grass. It is obtained from a very early harvest and 8 kilograms of still green olives are needed to produce one liter of this fresh oil. On the palate, it is characterized by its strong flavor and a delicately velvety texture.
