WINTER SALAD ORANGE AND POMEGRANATE

ABOUT THE RECIPE - WINTER ORANGE AND POMEGRANATE SALAD
A recipe for a light and fruity salad full of vitamins for peak winter performance!
INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons fresh basil olive oil
4 tablespoons fresh organic olive oil with green lemon
1 tbsp Modena balsamic vinegar - golden quality
1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
1 tablespoon fig tapenade
On the market
6 oranges
1 red onion
2 red endives
1 pomegranate
REALIZATION
Finely slice the red onion using a mandolin. Open the pomegranate and squeeze out the seeds and juice. Peel the oranges and cut them into slices.
Place the endive leaves on six plates and place the oranges on top. Add the onion and pomegranate seeds.
In a bowl, mix together pomegranate juice, olive oil, raspberry vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive and basil oil, and olive and lime oil.
Drizzle each plate with the dressing and serve chilled.
