MIKADO SALAD WITH WATERMELON, MELON, CUCUMBERS AND FETA

A fresh recipe using summer fruits and vegetables. This recipe is perfect for impressing guests and is very quick and easy to make. It is so colorful that it will stand out in the center of the table and will get everyone to eat their fruits and vegetables - even the kids!
INGREDIENTS

Basil olive oil
Grapefruit vinegar
On the market
1/4 watermelon
1 watermelon
1 cucumber
100 g feta cheese
1 spring onion
3 sprigs of fresh basil
REALIZATION
Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, cucumber and feta cheese into as even cubes as possible and arrange them harmoniously on 4 plates.
Mix 3 tablespoons of olive oil and basil with finely chopped onion and 1 tablespoon of grapefruit vinegar .
Divide the dressing among plates, sprinkle with basil leaves and serve chilled.
