2 tablespoons, olive oil, such as La Classique
From the market:
100 g corn kernels,
freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Pour the olive oil into a large, deep pot and heat over high heat. Add 4 or 5 corn kernels. Once they pop, carefully pour the rest of the kernels into the pot and cover with a lid. Shake the pot for 30 seconds to coat the kernels thoroughly with oil.
Once the corn has popped, remove the pan from the heat. Season with truffle oil, truffle salt, and freshly ground pepper to taste.
