Parmesan bagels, Comté cheese and fig chutney

An ideal recipe for holiday meals, and especially for this great appetizer enriched with Italian olive oil.

- Italian olive oil
On the market
- 1 jar of fig chutney
- 85 g parmesan cheese
- 55 g Comté cheese, cut into strips
Realization
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Sprinkle a tablespoon of Parmesan cheese onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Using a spoon, spread it out to cover a 6cm circle. Do the same with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven, carefully peel off the foil and immediately place on a baking sheet to give the desired curved shape. Leave to cool.
Spread a spoonful of fig chutney on the tiles and top each with a few slices of Comté cheese. Add a few drops of olive oil and serve.
