Description
Gnocchetti are small pasta shapes inspired by traditional Italian gnocchi, but they are firmer and cooked al dente. They are easy to prepare and eat, but no less tasty, delighting both young and old.
Taste, texture, and authenticity are the keywords of our pasta range. Our gnocchetti are made from fresh potatoes and durum wheat, hand-shaped and slow-dried in static dryers, which gives them a slightly granular texture that perfectly holds sauce or olive oil.
Our pasta comes from an Italian family business founded more than ten years ago by the Raguso family. For three generations, they have been dedicated to agriculture, owning farmland between Apulia and Basilicata, and focusing on producing exceptional pasta.
Region/Country: Apulia/Basilicata, Italy 🇮🇹
Content: 400 g.
Cooking time: 2 min.
Suitable for cream sauces, vegetable and/or meat ragùs, baked pasta, and pasta salads.
Our pasta sauces and pestos also go wonderfully with gnocchi.

At the Raguso family farm, agricultural waste is recycled in accordance with circular economy principles, either as animal feed or for energy production, while the recyclable cellulose packaging has a window through which the pasta inside is visible.
