Mozzarella and Cured Ham Skewers

A summer recipe for a light and tasty appetizer. Lemon and cherries complement each other perfectly, giving these skewers a sweet and salty flavor.

8 tbsp LEMON OLIVE OIL

Raspberry Vinegar

SUN-DRIED CHERRY TOMATOES

From the market

8 thin slices of cured ham

8 buffalo mozzarella balls

4 slices of white bread

1 clove of garlic

2 tbsp pine nuts

Instructions

Toast the white bread slices. Rub them with a garlic clove and drizzle with lemon oil. Cut them into cubes.

Dry-roast the pine nuts in a pan.

On a wooden skewer, thread a cube of bread, a mozzarella ball, then another cube of bread, a mozzarella ball, and finally a slice of ham rolled up. Repeat for each skewer until ingredients run out.

Place the skewers on a plate and drizzle with lemon oil and cherry vinegar.

Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve with sun-dried tomatoes as a side.
