Autumn Salad: Roasted Pumpkin and Figs

Cut the butternut squash into slices and place it in the TEFAL Airfryer with a little olive oil. 25 mn - Temperature "180.
Meanwhile, mix Greek yogurt (or ricotta) with plenty of thyme olive oil , salt and pepper.
Slice the figs and add them to the pumpkin 5 minutes before the end of the fryer.
Plating: Put yogurt on the bottom of a plate, place pumpkin slices on top, add a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, crushed hazelnuts and herbs.
