ROASTED ASPARAGUS
Fresh asparagus baked in the oven with a little parmesan for extra flavor. Perfect for sharing

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 bunch thin asparagus shoots, cleaned
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic, chopped
a little chopped coriander
🍳 Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Place the fresh asparagus shoots in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to evenly distribute the oil over the asparagus. Add the parmesan, garlic and salt to taste.
Spread the asparagus in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven until tender, about 12 to 15 minutes, depending on thickness.
Just before serving, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan and coriander.
