20 cl French olive oil
1 jar of black tapenade

1 puff pastry
1 fresh goat cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Unroll the pastry and spread the tapenade over the entire surface. Fold it in half, then cut into strips using a pizza cutter.
Place them gradually on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Drizzle the cheese spread with a little olive oil and season with pepper. Serve in a small bowl next to the puff pastry.
