CRISPY SUNSHINE SALAD

A fresh, colorful salad full of energy! Crunchy quinoa, crunchy radishes, strawberries and melon for a sweet taste, all complemented by the intense flavor of our summer olive oil and the subtle acidity of grapefruit vinegar. The ideal recipe for refreshing in the summer!

- 150g quinoa
- 200 g arugula
- 10 red radishes
- 1 red onion
- 10 strawberries
- 1 slice of watermelon
- 5 basil leaves
Preparation
Rinse the quinoa with cold water and cook in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Salt and drain. Wash the radishes and cut into rounds. Peel and chop the onion and sun-dried tomatoes.
Cut the watermelon into small slices and the strawberries into small cubes.
Mix summer olive oil, grapefruit and lemon vinegar and chopped basil, season with salt. Before serving, mix all ingredients, pour over sauce, season with pepper and serve chilled.
