Homemade Savory Crackers with Olive Oil

A simple and delicious olive oil and tapenade appetizer recipe to make yourself and impress your friends during an aperitif!

Ingredients

From Oliviers & Co

olive oil, such as La Classique

1 jar of green tapenade

5g of salt 

From the market:
250g flour
8cl dry white wine
1 tbsp fennel seeds

Instructions

Mix the salt and white wine. Set aside until the salt dissolves.

Knead the flour, oil, the "salted" wine, and fennel seeds. Let it rest for 20 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Form rolls of dough, approximately 30g each and 5mm thick. 

Create rings by wrapping them around your index finger and tying both ends in a double knot (like a shoelace).

Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes, until beautifully golden brown.

Serve with the tapenade of your choice!
