Fruit Vinegar Cocktails

Have you ever tried adding gourmet vinegar to your beverages and cold drinks?
It might sound surprising, but when a bartender prepares a shrub, they typically use fruit, sugar, and vinegar, and in fact, vinegar has been used in drinks since ancient Egypt!
Our fruit vinegars are delicious and perfect as flavorings, not only in the kitchen but also in beverages and cold drinks.
This summer, Oliviers & Co has created a limited edition of cocktail-inspired vinegars that make it easy to add a delightful flavor to your drinks โ whether you prefer them alcohol-free or with a splash of gin, prosecco, or rum.
Simple, delicious, and 100% natural, with no artificial colors or flavors โ pure artisanal quality.
Here you'll find recipes available in both cocktail and non-alcoholic versions ๐บ๐๐๐ธ

๐ 2. Elderflower & Lemon Spritz
Coming soon! Our Elderflower & Lemon Vinegar draws inspiration from the floral Hugo Spritz cocktail, where the classic, slightly bitter orange flavor of Aperol Spritz is usually replaced or complemented by elderflowers.
