Giuseppe grew up under the olive trees accompanying his grandfather during the olive harvests. The latter passed on to him his passion and values of the land. Today the Su Molinu Oleificio estate covers more than 20 hectares; the 6,000 olive trees, aged between 30 and 100 years old, are treated with respect and tradition.
