This vegetarian spread is made from carefully selected ingredients: grilled courgettes (47%), sun-dried tomatoes, aubergine and mild goat cheese (6%). Thanks to aromatic herbs, thyme and a hint of pepper, the preparation acquires a complex flavour with a balanced contrast of sweet vegetables and salty cheese. Everything is complemented by a drop of sherry vinegar to enhance the flavour. The creamy consistency and strong flavour make this spread the ideal delicacy for any occasion.
